Dr Dario Ivić graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. From 2002 to 2010 he has been working at the Department of Plant Pathology, Faculty of Agriculture. His research was focused mainly on plant diseases caused by Fusarium species. From 2010, he has been working at the Institute of Plant Protection, where he leads and participates in several national plant quarantine programmes. His research interests include fungal diseases of pome and stone fruits, management of plant diseases and emerging invasive plant pathogens.
