Participants are kindly reminded that August 10, 2025 has been set as the deadline for guaranteed accommodation rates for CESAR 2025. Until that date, special rates are being guaranteed by the hotel for CESAR 2025 participants.

After August 10, both the rates and availability may be subject to change, depending on hotel occupancy.

To take advantage of the special rates, reservations must be made no later than August 10, 2025, and must be arranged exclusively through the technical organizer, One Travel, using the contact details provided on the symposium website.
