*The registration fee will cover one oral presentation (OP) or one poster
presentation (P). It will also include admission to all lectures
(including core sessions, cross-disciplinary modules, and interactive
modules), refreshments and coffee during breaks, the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner, as well as participation in all social
activities organized by the hosts, including an Escape Room challenge, a
Hands-on workshop: baking Croatian štrukli, a Paint & Wine course, and a Pub Quiz
**Early Career Scientists: They either have obtained highest academic
degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) less than five years prior the
application deadline, or be a PhD student. Please note that we request
documents from Early Career Scientists during registration.

Payments

Payments must be made in advance in order to process registration/abstracts/conference dinner.

On-site Registration and Payment

Please note that on-site registration and payment (late registration fees are applicable) will only be possible at the registration desk in euros. No credit cards or foreign currency will be accepted.

 

Cancellation Refund Policy

A refund of the registration fee minus 50 EUR for administration costs will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the Meeting Secretariat in writing (symposium contact mail or secretary’s mail) before August 21, 2026. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer will be processed after the symposium.

 

Force majeure

In case of force majeure (defined as any event or circumstance that is clearly outside the control of Congress organizers; such as, but not limited to, war, strike, terrorism or threat of terrorism,  epidemics or outbreaks, fire and other “acts of God”), the Congress organisers have the right to alter or cancel the Congress without previous notice. The organisers shall not be liable for any damages and losses or any other participants, sponsors and supporters inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the Congress.
