If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of this Conference, please contact the organizing committee directly at the info@hmd-cms.hr (or by filling out and sending information in our contact form).

We are open to your suggestions regarding sponsoring the whole event, particular sessions or conference events,  also here are suggested options:

OPTION 1 (500 € )

• One full congress fee included
• Company logo published in book of abstracts and congress web page
• A thank you note during congress openining ceremony

OPTION 2 (1000 €)

• Includes everything fom OPTION 1
• One exibition desk with electric plugin
• Space for roll-up banner
• Short description of your company in book of abstracts

OPTION 3 (2000 €)

• Includes everything from OPTION 2, but with two full congress fees
  included
• Live lab zone –possibility of on-site instrument/ techniques /reagens demonstration. If you like, participants
  can be encouraged to bring their own samples !

OPTION 4 (2000 €)

• Includes everything from OPTION 2, but with two fullcongress fees
  included
• Sponsor lecture within the congress program –the15 min lecture can be held within the program section you prefer .

OPTION 5 (350 €)

• Sponsorship of a best poster/ presentation award
• A special thank you by congress moderator during congress closing
  and awards ceremony

OPTION 6 (Price will be arranged with the hotel/congress agency)

• Sponsorship of a single coffee-break or a welcome reception
• Company logo on the desks during break or receprtion
• A special thank you by congress moderator when the
  break/ reception are announced

OPTION 7

• Donation ofpens, writing pads, accreditaion lenyards, congress bags
  which will be distributed to congress participants
