The 7th Central European Symposium on Antimicrobials and Antimicrobial Resistance (CESAR2025) will be held from September 22-25, 2025, at the Hotel Kolovare in Zadar, Croatia. The Hotel Kolovare is conveniently situated just a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar’s historic center, offering a perfect blend of sports, wellness, and gourmet experiences. This picturesque setting is expected to enhance the overall symposium experience, providing a memorable backdrop for attendees.
CESAR2025 will cover pressing topics in the fields of new antimicrobials and antimicrobial resistance, continuing the tradition established by previous CESAR meetings. A multidisciplinary approach will be fostered, bringing together scientists from various research environments, including academia, research institutes, clinics, and industry. The scientific program will be developed by an international scientific committee of microbiologists, ensuring a rich and diverse agenda.
Efforts will be made to strengthen scientific collaborations among research groups from neighboring countries and beyond. The symposium is organized by the Croatian Microbiological Society, ensuring an optimal balance between scientific discussions, business networking, and engaging social events that will create lasting memories.
To encourage the participation of young researchers, reduced registration fees will be offered, particularly for students, along with special accommodation rates for symposium attendees.
