Details on the Excursion to Motovun with symposium dinner (pre-payed)

The bus with the participants will leave in  front of the hotel on May 17 at 15:00. The trip to Motovun will take about 45 minutes. The sightseeing of Motovun will be done with a local guide. In the old town of Motovun there are no less than 26 protected cultural monuments, which is why this medieval town is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

After the sightseeing, the bus will take the participants to Vižinada (about 20 min. drive) to the tavern Jadruhi for dinner, where we will arrive around 19:00. Tavern Jadruhi is owned by the Šimonović family, with a long tradition. The tavern is located in the settlement of Jadruhi near Vižinada, close to the tourist center of Poreč and medieval Motovun. After the evening, participants will be taken back to the hotel by bus (ride 30 min.).

Dinner includes: Welcome aperitif, cold cuts from local production, carpaccio di boscarino with truffles, tris di pasta from local production (truffles, boscarin and pasta of the season), Boscarin cheeks, tagliata of matured ramp steak meat, homemade sausages, garnish, Cake.

The price includes: dinner, 1 liter of drink per person, coffee.

All additional costs (extra drinks, coffee in Motovun and the like) are paid by each participant.
