Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the “7th Croatian Congress of Microbiology with International Participation“ which will be held in Sveti Martin na Muri, Croatia from May 24-27, 2022.

The scientific programme of the Congress offers to its participants an exceptional opportunity to present their latest achievements and to discuss plans and ideas in different fields of microbiology joined together under specific congress topic of “One health”.

Following different topics this meeting will allow us to recognize and better understand tight connection that exist between microorganisms and people, animals, plants as well as with their shared environment.

The aim of the Congress is to promote the “One Health” from a microbiological point of view in Central and East Europe and especially in Croatia.

The meeting will take place in Sveti Martin na Muri located in Međimurje County, Croatia.

Meeting venue will be Hotel of the Terme Sveti Martin, which is a unique destination for relaxation and wellness, sport and active holidays, congresses and team building.

Međimurje is a region rich with culture, scenic beauty and extremely welcoming people. The gentle Međimurje hills are the perfect setting for numerous vineyards, very well known for its specific locally produced wines as well as first class gastronomic experiences.

With the aim to attract as many young researchers working in the area of microbiology, this meeting will offer the support of the FEMS (Federation of European Microbiological Societies) for young researchers working in the area of microbiology for attending the 7th Croatian Congress of Microbiology with International Participation. Likewise, this meeting will offer to the all of its participants special accommodation prices.
