The Croatian Microbiological Society is a member of FEMS (Federation of European Microbiological Societies), the organization fostering collaboration amongst European microbiological societies. FEMS periodically issues an Education Bulletin where one can find information about projects and best educational practices within this large microbiological community. The first issue of this year highlights the service learning project “In the Society of Microbes” led by the Croatian Microbiological Society.
